Terms and Conditions
By downloading or using the App, these Terms will automatically apply to you - so you should ensure you read them carefully before using the App. You may not copy or modify the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks in any way. You shall not attempt to extract the source code of the Application, nor shall you attempt to translate the Application into other languages or make derivative versions thereof. The application itself and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights associated with it remain the property of lllteam.
lllteam is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for an App or its services without clearly stating what you are paying for.
The Sensor Application stores and processes the personal data you provide to us to provide our services. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the App secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software limitations and restrictions imposed by the device’s official operating system. It may make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and may mean sensor apps don’t work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are some things that lllteam is not responsible for. Certain features of the app require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi and you don’t have any data, lllteam is not responsible for the app not functioning properly if you have any remaining allowance.
If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. Therefore, your mobile provider may charge you data charges or other third-party charges for the duration of your connection when accessing the App. When using the App, you will be responsible for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the App outside your region (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer of the device on which the App is being used, please note that we assume you have the bill payer’s permission to use the App.
Likewise, lllteam cannot always be responsible for the way you use the App, i.e. you need to ensure that your device remains charged - if the battery dies and you are unable to turn it on to use the service, lllteam cannot accept liability.
In relation to lllteam’s responsibility for your use of the App, when you use the App, it is important to remember that although we strive to ensure that it is always updated and correct, we do rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can It’s provided to you. lllteam is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses you may suffer as a result of relying solely on this functionality of the App.
At some point we may want to update the application. The app is currently available on iOS – system requirements (and any other systems where we decide to expand the app’s availability) may change and you’ll need to download updates if you want to continue using the app. lllteam does not commit to always updating the App to make it relevant to you and/or compatible with the iOS version installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the App as they are made available to you, and we may also wish to stop providing the App and may terminate use of the App at any time without providing you with notice of termination. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the App and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We may update our terms and conditions from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to check this page regularly for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on this page.
