These Terms of Service govern your relationship with the services operated by the application “BlueTools Bluetooth Assistant” (hereinafter referred to as “BlueTools”). Please read this carefully as you will be legally bound by these terms.
Your access to and use of the service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the service.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in whole or in part, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
The “service” refers to the applications, data, text, images, and other content provided by the BlueTools app. Any modifications to the service are also subject to these Terms. BlueTools reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service or any feature or functionality thereof at any time without prior notice. All rights, title, and interest in and to the service will remain with and belong exclusively to BlueTools.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis (“subscription”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are typically set monthly or annually.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it. You can cancel your Subscription renewal through the Subscriptions section of the App Store or by contacting Apple. BlueTools cannot view or make adjustments to subscriptions set up through the App Store.
All amounts paid are non-refundable. You further agree to be responsible for all taxes associated with the service, along with any transaction fees and currency conversions added by your financial institution and intermediaries.
Free Trial
BlueTools may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).
You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.
If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by Firecore until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you canceled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.
BlueTools reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or cancel such Free Trial offer, without further notice.
Fee Changes
BlueTools, at its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time in our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after these amendments become effective, you agree to be bound by the amended terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms in whole or in part, please stop using the Site and Services.

如果您在注册免费试用时输入了您的计费信息，那么在免费试用期过期之前，Firecore不会向您收取费用。在免费试用期的最后一天，除非您取消了订阅，否则您将自动被收取您所选择的订阅类型的适用订阅费用。
BlueTools 保留修改免费试用优惠的条款和条件的权利，恕不另行通知，或取消此类免费试用优惠。
费用变更
BlueTools 可随时自行决定修改订阅的订阅费。任何订阅费更改都将在当时的计费周期结束时生效。
您在订阅费更改生效后继续使用本服务，即表示您同意支付修改后的订阅费金额。
变化
我们保留随时自行决定修改或替换这些条款的权利。在这些修订生效后继续访问或使用我们的服务，即表示您同意受修订条款的约束。如果您全部或部分不同意新条款，请停止使用本网站和服务。
